2 out of 5 starsMy order took over a month to arrive because it was stuck in Alabama for 3 weeks. I also thought the custom personalization was sewn on. Now that I look at the website more closely, I see the custom writing is in fabric puffy pen. I wouldn’t have paid so much for this item if I looked closer before buying it, but I didn’t have time myself to make something myself.
